| Hasbury Hill Track and Layout Plan |
 Notes: With six platforms in Hasbury Hill station, a hidden freight/passenger holding track, a six track fiddle yard and two additional hidden holding tracks the layout has a lot of scope for lots of train movements, which should prove interesting for the viewers as well as the operators. It will be possible to have trains leaving from and arriving at both Hasbury Hill and Addlesford Beach stations at the same time. Shortly after a train leaving Hasbury Hill, a freight train could emerge from the old freight route whilst another train emerges from the tunnel to enter Addlesford Beach shortly after one has just left. Shunting operations can take place in the maintenance depot and engines can be shunted out of the platforms and into the engine sheds. From a spectator's point of view, you'll never know what's going to come out of any of the tunnels next. |
